The Sarojin, Khao Lak

Day 1

Located in Khao Lak, your first hotel on this incredible adventure will be The Sarojin. The Sarojin is a serene boutique hotel for romantics. A perfect choice for honeymooners and weddings. Beautifully ensconced in lush tropical gardens and surrounded by five spectacular forest national parks, this extravagant hotel provides the utmost in privacy, with direct private access to a secluded 11km white sand beach beside the Andaman Sea. Within an hour of this beautiful hotel, you can immerse yourself on a tropical retreat, dive at world famous dive sanctuaries of the Similan Islands and Surin Islands, (one of the top ten world dive sites) and explore Phang Nga Bay renowned for its dramatic limestone islands and captivating sea cave canoe journeys. Check into your spa suite for the next 3 nights and take the time to explore the 150sqm suite. In your suite you will find a luxurious, spacious bathroom with intimate couples’ bath and adjustable showers. Days 2-6

With breakfast served all day, there is never the need to wake up early or rush anything for that matter at the Sarojin. So relax, unwind, and embrace the laidback change of pace. Float between the glorious secluded beach, the swimming pool, and your suite. But should you want to explore beyond the Sarojin, a few suggestions are below:

  • Board the Lady Sarojin boat to explore The Similan and Surin Islands’ Marine National Parks. Renowned for their underwater beauty and with up to 30 metres visibility, they offer superb snorkelling and diving experiences
  • Visit Phang Nga Bay for a day, world famous for its many dramatic limestone islands. When the tide is low, it is possible to canoe through cave tunnels into hidden lagoons. Cruises into Phang Nga Bay are available courtesy of The Sarojin
  • Gain an authentic insight into the local Thai way of life and culture into the surrounding rural and fishing communities, with a tour led by staff of The Sarojin
  • Explore the main areas of Khao Lak beach, and visit some of the beach hut restaurants for lunch and fruit cocktails such as Smile, Ao Thong, and the Boatyard
  • Dine at The Sarojin’s Fiscus for contemporary Mediterranean cuisine
  • Book a private charter yacht excursion on Lady Sarojin
  • Participate in a cooking class on a river bank, or set amongst a waterfall and learn from passionate chefs about Thai cuisines, culture, herbs, spices, and local ingredients. With classes for beginners and advanced cooks, everyone can learn something new
